The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

The (unprecedented) crash! 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Calamity is! 3 It is the Day when people will be like moths, dispersed, 4 And the mountains will become as carded wool. 5 Then he whose deeds weigh heavy in the Balance 6 Will have a tranquil life; 7 but he whose scales weigh lighter, 8 His abode shall be the abyss. 9 Ah, what will convey unto thee what she is! - 10 A blazing Fire! 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
