Daybreak (Al-Falaq)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of the daybreak 1 from the evil of what He has created, 2 And the evil of evening darkness when it overspreads, 3 And from the evil of those who blow on knots, 4 from the evil of an envier when he envies.' 5
True are the words of God the Almighty.
