The Unbelievers say: "What! when we become dust,- we and our fathers,- shall we really be raised (from the dead)? 67 "It is true we were promised this,- we and our fathers before (us): these are nothing but tales of the ancients." 68 Say: 'Journey in the land, then behold how was the end of the sinners.' 69 Do not sorrow for them, nor be thou straitened for what they devise. 70 And they say, “When will this promise come, if you are truthful?” 71 Say: 'It may be that part of what you seek to hasten on is already riding behind you' 72 Verily your Lord is gracious to men, though most men are ungrateful. 73 Verily your Lord knows what lies hidden in their breasts and what they disclose. 74 there is nothing hidden in heaven and on earth, but is recorded in a clear Book. 75 Indeed, this Qur'an relates to the Children of Israel most of that over which they disagree. 76 and, verily, it is a guidance and a grace unto all who believe [in it]. 77 Lo! thy Lord will judge between them of His wisdom, and He is the Mighty, the Wise. 78 Therefore put your trust in Allah, for you are upon a clear truth. 79 You cannot make the dead hear, nor can you make the deaf hear your call, when they turn their backs on it, 80 Nor canst thou lead the blind out of their error. Thou canst make none hear save these who believe in Our signs and who have submitted themselves. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to pass against them, We shall bring forth for them a creature from the earth that shall wound them, because people did not believe in Our communications. 82
