The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ When the event befalleth - 1 there will be nought that could give the lie to its having come to pass, 2 abasing [some,] exalting [others]! 3 When the earth will tremble, shivering. 4 And the mountains will be crushed, blown to bits. 5 So that they become a scattered dust, 6 And you will become divided into three categories. 7 Those on the Right -- how blessed are those on the Right! 8 And the companions of the left - what are the companions of the left? 9 Then the foremost, how pre-excellent, 10 (The foremost ones) will be the nearest ones to God 11 In gardens of bliss [will they dwell] 12 A multitude from the ancients. 13 And a few of later ages, 14 upon close-wrought couches 15 reclining upon them, facing one another [in love]. 16 Youths of never-ending bloom will pass round to them 17 carrying goblets and ewers and cups filled with the purest wine, 18 Wherefrom they will get neither any aching of the head, nor any intoxication. 19 Also, they will be served with the fruits of their choice 20 Bird meats that they relish, 21 And gorgeous eyed fair maidens. 22 beautiful as pearls hidden in their shells. 23 As recompense for all they had done. 24 Therein they hear no vain or sinful discourse. 25 but only the saying: 'Peace, Peace' 26 And the companions of the right hand; how happy are the companions of the right hand! 27 They shall recline on high amidst lote trees without thorns 28 Bananatrees, piled 29 and shade extended, 30 near to flowing water 31 And fruit in plenty 32 Whose season is not limited, and their supply will not be cut off, 33 And [with them will be their] spouses, raised high: 34 Verily, We have created them (maidens) of special creation. 35 And made them virgins, 36 loving and of equal age. 37 like of age for the Companions of the Right. 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
