The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the racers, panting, 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 And raiding at dawn 3 raising a trail of dust, 4 and penetrate deep into a host. 5 The human being is certainly ungrateful to his Lord. 6 To this he himself shall bear witness. 7 And indeed he loves wealth to the extreme. 8 ۞ But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered 9 And that which is in the breasts (of men) shall be made known. 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
