What is the life of this world but amusement and play? but verily the Home in the Hereafter,- that is life indeed, if they but knew. 64 And so, when they embark on a ship [and find themselves in danger,] they call unto God, [at that moment] sincere in their faith in Him alone; but as soon as He has brought them safe ashore, they [begin to] ascribe to imaginary powers a share in His divinity: 65 that they may be ungrateful for what We have given them, and take their enjoyment; they will soon know! 66 Have they not seen how We have granted them a safe sanctuary, though all around them people are snatched away? Would they still believe in falsehood, and deny the favour of God? 67 Who can be more unjust than he who foists a lie on Allah or gives the lie to the Truth after it has come to him? Is Hell not the resort of the unbelievers? 68 We shall certainly guide those who strive for Our cause to Our path. God is certainly with the righteous ones. 69
True are the words of God the Almighty.
