Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
The excessive gathering (of increase and boasting) occupied you (from worshipping and obeying) 1 till you reached the grave. 2 No indeed; but soon you shall know. 3 Again lo! presently ye shall know. 4 No indeed; did you know with the knowledge of certainty, 5 you would indeed, most surely, behold the blazing fire [of hell]! 6 Then you will surely see it with the eye of certainty. 7 Then, on that Day, you will be called to account for all the bounties you enjoyed. 8
