It is Allah who has provided you with cattle, some that you ride and some that you eat, 79 And in them are numerous benefits for you, and for you to reach your hearts’ desires while riding them – and you ride upon them and upon the ships. 80 And He shows you (always) His Signs: then which of the Signs of Allah will ye deny? 81 What, have they not journeyed in the land and beheld how was the end of those before them? They were stronger than themselves in might and left firmer traces in the earth; yet that they earned did not avail them. 82 For when Our apostles came to them with clear proofs, they boasted and exulted at the knowledge they possessed; but what they used to mock recoiled back on them, 83 When they saw Our chastisement, they said: “We have come to believe in Allah, the Only One, and we reject all what we had associated (with Allah in His Divinity).” 84 But their belief profited them naught when they saw our prowess. This hath been Allah's dispensation that hath been in regard to His bondmen. And then there were lost the infidels. 85
