The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Magnify the Name of thy Lord the Most High 1 The One Who created, and then made proper. 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 And Who brings forth herbage, 4 And then makes it dark stubble. 5 We shall enable thee to recite, and then thou shalt not forget, 6 Except what Allah pleases, surely He knows the manifest, and what is hidden. 7 And We will ease you toward ease. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder profits, 9 He who fears will mind, 10 but aloof from it will remain that most hapless wretch 11 [He] who will [enter and] burn in the greatest Fire, 12 Wherein he will neither die nor live. 13 Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islamic Monotheism) shall achieve success, 14 who remembers the name of his Lord and prays, shall indeed be successful. 15 But nay, [O men,] you prefer the life of this world, 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Lo! This is in the former scrolls. 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty God's Truth.
