(Muhammad), recall Our servant Job. When he prayed to his Lord saying, "Satan has afflicted me with hardship and torment," 41 We said to him, “Strike the earth with your foot; this cool spring is for bathing and drinking.” (A spring gushed forth when he struck the earth – this was a miracle.) 42 And We granted to him his family and also the like of them, as a mercy from Us, and as a reminder to people of understanding, 43 And take in your hand a green branch and beat her with It and do not break your oath; surely We found him patient; most excellent the servant! Surely he was frequent in returning (to Allah). 44 And remember Our servants -- Abraham, Isaac and Jacob -- they were endowed with great strength and vision. 45 We chose them for a special [purpose] -- proclaiming the message of the Hereafter: 46 In Our eyes they were of the chosen, virtuous people. 47 Remember also Our servants Ishmael, Elisha, and Dhul Kifl; each is among the excellent. 48 This is an admonition, and verily for the God-fearing is a happy retreat: 49 Gardens of Eternity, whose doors will (ever) be open to them; 50 wherein they recline, and wherein they call for fruits abundant, and sweet potions, 51 ۞ With companions of modest look, the same in age, by their side. 52 All this is what you are promised for the Day of Judgement. 53 Indeed this is Our sustenance, which will never end. 54 This [is so]. But indeed, for the transgressors is an evil place of return - 55 Hell, in which they will burn. How vile a resting place! 56 All this; so let them taste it - boiling water and pus, 57 And similar other punishments in pairs. 58 Here is a troop rushing headlong with you! No welcome for them! truly, they shall burn in the Fire! 59 They say, 'No, it is you have no Welcome; you forwarded it for us; how evil a stablishment!' 60 They say, 'Our Lord, whoso forwarded this for us, give him a double chastisement in the Fire!' 61 And they shall say: What is the matter with us that we do not see men whom we used to count among the vicious? 62 Did we take them as an object of mockery, or have (our) eyes failed to perceive them?" 63 Such disputes will certainly take place among the dwellers of hell fire. 64
