He made it. 27 He raised the height thereof and ordered it; 28 and making its night dark and bringing forth its morning light, 29 and thereafter spread out the earth, 30 and then brought from it its water and pastures. 31 then set-up firmly the mountains. 32 A provision for you and your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest catastrophe (i.e. the Day of Recompense, etc.), 34 the human being will recall whatever he has done. 35 And hell will be made visible to all those who can see. 36 Then, for such as had transgressed all bounds, 37 and preferred the worldly life, 38 Verily, his abode will be Hell-fire; 39 But he who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained his self from vain desires, 40 Lo! the Garden will be his home. 41 They ask you about the Hour: “When will it be?” 42 What do you have to do with explaining it? 43 To your Lord is its finality. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth. 45 On the Day when they behold it, [it will seem to them] as if they had tarried [in this world] no longer than one evening or [one night, ending with] its morn! 46
