When the caravan left the town, their father said, "I smell Joseph's scent. I hope that you will not accuse me of senility". 94 They said: "By Allah! truly thou art in thine old wandering mind." 95 And when the bearer of good tidings arrived, he cast it over his face, and he returned [once again] seeing. He said, "Did I not tell you that I know from Allah that which you do not know?" 96 They said: "Father! Pray for the forgiveness of our sins; we were truly guilty." 97 "I will ask my Lord to forgive you," he replied, "for He is forgiving and kind." 98 Then when they entered unto Yusuf, he betook his parents unto himself. and said: enter Misr, if Allah will, in security. 99 He lifted his parents to the throne, and (the others) bowed before him. Joseph said to his father: 'This is the meaning of my vision of long ago, my Lord has verified it. He has been gracious to me. He brought me out of prison and brought you out of the desert after satan had corrupted (the relationship) between me and my brothers. My Lord is Gentle to whom He will. He alone is the Knower, the Wise. 100 ۞ O my Lord! Thou hast given me (something) of sovereignty and hast taught me (something) of the interpretation of events - Creator of the heavens and the earth! Thou art my Protecting Guardian in the world and the Hereafter. Make me to die muslim (unto Thee), and join me to the righteous. 101 This is some of the news of the unseen which We reveal to you, (Muhammad). You were not with them when Joseph's brothers agreed on devising their evil plans. 102 Yet - however strongly thou mayest desire it - most people will not believe [in this revelation,] 103 You do not seek from them any recompense for your service. This is merely an admonition to all mankind. 104
