Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Seest thou one who denies the Judgment (to come)? 1 That is the one who treats the orphan with harshness, 2 And does not urge to feed the needy. 3 So woe to the praying ones, 4 who become confused during their prayers, 5 Those who make show [of their deeds] 6 Who are uncharitable even over very small things. 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
