The endeavors of he who believes and does good works shall not go unthanked. We write it down for him. 94 And it is binding on a town which We destroy that they shall not return. 95 Until when [the dam of] Gog and Magog has been opened and they, from every elevation, descend 96 And the True Promise draweth nigh; then behold them, staring wide (in terror), the eyes of those who disbelieve! (They say): Alas for us! We (lived) in forgetfulness of this. Ah, but we were wrong-doers! 97 Verily ye and whatsoever ye worship beside Allah shall be firewood for Hell: thereunto ye shall go down. 98 Had these been gods, they would not have gone down thereunto; and all of them therein shall be abiders. 99 There they shall groan with anguish and the din and noise in Hell will not let them hear anything. 100 Lo! those unto whom kindness hath gone forth before from Us, they will be far removed from thence. 101 They shall not hear the least sound thereof, and in that felicity which their souls desire they shall be abiders. 102 The Hour of the Great Terror shall not grieve them, and the angels shall receive them saying: "This is your Day which you had been promised." 103 The Day whereon We shall roll up the heaven like as the rolling up of a scroll for books. Even as We began the first creation, We shall restore it: a promise binding upon Us; verily We have been the Doers. 104 And indeed We wrote, after the reminder in the Zaboor that, “My virtuous bondmen will inherit the earth.” 105 Verily in this is a preaching for a people who are worshippers. 106 We sent thee not save as a mercy for the peoples. 107 Proclaim, “It is divinely revealed to me that your God is the only One God – Allah; do you therefore become Muslims?” 108 If they turn back, say: 'I have warned you all alike, though I cannot tell whether what you are promised is imminent or distant. 109 Indeed, He knows what is declared of speech, and He knows what you conceal. 110 Nor do I know whether it may mean a trial for you and a short reprieve." 111 Say, "My Lord, judge with truth. Our Lord is the Gracious One whose help we seek against what you utter." 112
