The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Ta-Seen-Meem. (Alphabets of the Arabic language – Allah, and to whomever he reveals, know their precise meanings.) 1 These are verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 It may be that thou tormentest thyself (O Muhammad) because they believe not. 3 If (such) were Our Will, We could send down to them from the sky a Sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 And never comes there unto them a Reminder as a recent revelation from the Most Beneficent (Allah), but they turn away therefrom. 5 So they have indeed denied (the truth - this Quran), then the news of what they mocked at, will come to them. 6 Do they not look at the earth,- how many noble things of all kinds We have produced therein? 7 Lo! herein is indeed a portent; yet most of them are not believers. 8 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 9
