Beholdest thou not that We have sent the satans upon the infidels inciting them by an incitement? 83 So, do not be hasty with them. We are counting their number (of days). 84 On the day that We shall muster the godfearing to the All-merciful with pomp 85 And shall drive the culprits to Hell as a herd. 86 no one will be able to intercede for the others except those whom the Beneficent God has given authority. 87 And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken [for Himself] a son." 88 You have indeed advanced something hideous! 89 whereat the heavens might well-nigh be rent into fragments, and the earth be split asunder, and the mountains fall down in ruins! 90 because they have ascribed a son to the Merciful. 91 And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son. 92 None is there in the heavens and earth but he comes to the All-merciful as a servant; 93 He does take an account of them (all), and hath numbered them (all) exactly. 94 And each of them is to come to Him on the Day of Judgment alone. 95 Surely (as for) those who believe and do good deeds for them will Allah bring about love. 96 So We have made this (Qur'an) easy in your tongue that you may give good news to those who take heed, and warn the people who are contentious. 97 But how many (countless) generations before them have We destroyed? Canst thou find a single one of them (now) or hear (so much as) a whisper of them? 98
