Blest be He Who hath placed big stars in the heaven, and hath placed therein a lamp and a moon enlightening. 61 And He it is Who made the night and the day to follow each other for him who desires to be mindful or desires to be thankful. 62 And the bondmen of the Compassionate are those who walk upon the earth meekly and when the ignorants address them, they say peace 63 And they who pass the night prostrating themselves before their Lord and standing. 64 who pray, "Lord, protect us from the torment of hell; it is a great loss. 65 Indeed, it is evil as a settlement and residence." 66 who, when they expend, are neither prodigal nor parsimonious, but between that is a just stand; 67 And they who do not call upon another god with Allah and do not slay the soul, which Allah has forbidden except in the requirements of justice, and (who) do not commit fornication and he who does this shall find a requital of sin; 68 of sin-doubled shall be the chastisement for him on the Resurrection Day, and he shall dwell therein humbled, 69 Unless he repents, believes, and works righteous deeds, for Allah will change the evil of such persons into good, and Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful, 70 Those who repent and act righteously have truly returned to God, 71 And [they are] those who do not testify to falsehood, and when they pass near ill speech, they pass by with dignity. 72 and who when they are reminded of the verses of their Lord, they do not fall down deaf and blind. 73 And who submit, “Our Lord, soothe our eyes with our wives and our children, and make us leaders of the pious.” 74 Those will be awarded the Chamber for what they patiently endured, and they will be received therein with greetings and [words of] peace. 75 Therein they shall dwell forever; fair it is as a lodging-place and an abode. 76 O Muhammad, tell the people, "MyLord does not care at all if you do not invoke Him. Now that you have denied (His Revelation), you will soon be awarded such a punishment which you will never be able to avoid." 77
