Are you the harder to create or the heaven? He made it. 27 He raised high its height, then put it into a right good state. 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 And after that He spread the earth; 30 and then brought from it its water and pastures. 31 and has made the mountains firm: 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity - 34 upon the day when man shall remember what he has striven, 35 And the Scorch will be made apparent to any one who beholdeth. 36 So as for he who transgressed 37 and preferred the life of this world, 38 Lo! hell will be his home. 39 but one who fears to stand before his Lord and restrained himself from base desires, 40 Then indeed Paradise only is his destination. 41 They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? 42 In what [position] are you that you should mention it? 43 Unto thy Lord is the final end of it. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth it. 45 On the day when they behold it, it will be as if they had but tarried for an evening or the morn thereof. 46
