▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
There are two gardens for one who fears standing before his Lord. 46 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 47 [There will be two gardens with] spreading branches. 48 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 49 Therein are two running fountains. 50 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 51 Therein are two kinds of every fruit. 52 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 53 [In such a paradise the blest will dwell,] reclining upon carpets lined with rich brocade; and the fruit of both these gardens will be within easy reach. 54 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55 Therein are maidens of modest gaze, whom neither a man nor a jinn had ever touched before them. 56 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 57 [When you are promised splendours] as though [of] rubies and [of] pearls 58 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 59 What is the reward of virtue except virtue (in return)? 60 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 61 Besides those two there shall be two other gardens. 62 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 63 Dark green (in colour). 64 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 65 In them (both) will be two springs gushing forth water. 66 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 67 In them are fruits (of all kinds), and dates and pomegranate. 68 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 69 There will be well-disciplined, beautiful maidens. 70 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 71 houris, cloistered in cool pavilions -- 72 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 73 Untouched before them by man or jinni - 74 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 75 They will be reclining on plain green and beautifully printed cushions 76 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 77 Blessed is the Name of your Lord, the Lord of Glory and Grace. 78

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
