So I do call to witness what ye see, 38 and by that you do not see, 39 that this is the speech of an honourable Messenger, 40 It is not poet's speech - little is it that ye believe! 41 Nor is it the speech of a soothsayer; how little do you ponder! 42 It is a revelation sent down by the Sustainer of the Universe: 43 And if he had fabricated against Us some of the sayings, 44 We surely should have seized him by his right hand (or with power and might), 45 then, We would surely have cut from him the aorta (vein) 46 and none of you could have saved him! 47 And verily, this [Qur'an] is a reminder to all the God-conscious! 48 And verily, We know that there are some among you that belie (this Quran). [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 29, Page 68] 49 And most surely it is a great grief to the unbelievers. 50 And most surely it is the true certainty 51 So glorify your Lord, the most supreme. 52
