The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

The (Day) of Noise and Clamour: 1 What is the startling calamity? 2 How will you comprehend what the startling calamity is? -- 3 The day when men will be like scattered moths. 4 And the mountains shall become as wool carded, 5 Then as for him whose measure of good deeds is heavy, 6 He shall live a pleasant life. 7 But he whose deeds are lighter in the balance 8 the Abyss shall be his home. 9 And what will make you know what it is? 10 It is a Fire, intensely hot. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
