In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

HAST THOU ever considered [the kind of man] who gives the lie to all moral law? 1 Behold, it is this [kind of man] that thrusts the orphan away, 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the needy. 3 Woe, then, unto those praying ones 4 But who are oblivious of their moral duties, 5 Those who (want but) to be seen (of men), 6 And refuse Al-Ma'un (small kindnesses e.g. salt, sugar, water, etc.). 7
