Do you not see that We have appointed devils to incite those who deny the truth to disobedience? 83 So make no haste against them; We only count out to them a (limited) number (of the days of the life of this world and delay their term so that they may increase in evil and sins). 84 The Day We shall gather the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2) unto the Most Beneficent (Allah), like a delegate (presented before a king for honour). 85 And We will drive the guilty to hell thirsty 86 They shall not own intercession, excepting those who have taken of the Compassionate a covenant. 87 And the disbelievers said, “The Most Gracious has chosen an offspring.” 88 Assuredly, you have uttered a monstrous falsehood: 89 The heavens may almost be rent thereat, and the earth cleave asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 at their ascribing a son to the Most Compassionate Lord. 91 It is not for the Merciful to take a son! 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but comes before Ar-Rahman in all obedience. 93 Certainly He has a comprehensive knowledge of them and He has numbered them a (comprehensive) numbering. 94 And everyone of them will come to Him alone on the Day of Resurrection (without any helper, or protector or defender). 95 Surely (as for) those who believe and do good deeds for them will Allah bring about love. 96 We have made it easy in your own tongue in order that you proclaim the glad tidings to the cautious and give warning to a stubborn nation. 97 And how many a generation before them have We destroyed! Can you (O Muhammad SAW) find a single one of them or hear even a whisper of them? 98
