The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When earth is shaken with a mighty shaking 1 and when the earth brings forth its burdens 2 and man cries out, "What has happened to her?" 3 on that Day it will narrate its account, 4 for your Lord has so directed it. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 Then shall anyone who has done an atom's weight of good, see it! 7 And he who has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
