▼ 15 The Hijjr Valley
Al-Hijjr 2 of 6
AND, INDEED, We have set up in the heavens great constellations, and endowed them with beauty for all to behold; 16 And We have protected it from every devil expelled [from the mercy of Allah] 17 Except the ones who listen on the sly, yet they are chased away by a shooting flame. 18 We have spread out the earth and set upon it firm mountains. Everything We have caused to grow therein is justly weighed; 19 And created livelihoods for you in it, and created those for whom you do not provide the sustenance. 20 And there is not a thing but with Us are the treasures of it, and We do not send it down but in a known measure. 21 We send impregnating winds and send down water from the sky for you to drink and you have no (control over its) storage. 22 And certainly We! We it is Who give life, and cause death, and We are the Inheritors. 23 Surely We know those of you who have passed before and those who will come later. 24 and it is your Lord who will gather them. He is Wise, Knowing. 25
