On the day when We shall summon every group along with its leader; so whoever is given his register in his right hand – these will read their accounts and their rights will not be suppressed even a thread. (* They will be given the full reward.) 71 Whoso is blind here will be blind in the Hereafter, and yet further from the road. 72 They indeed sought to entice you away from what We revealed to you, hoping that you might invent something else in Our name; and then they would have accepted you as a close friend. 73 Had We not strengthened your faith you might have relied on them some how. 74 then We would have let you taste the double of life and death; and you would have found none to help you against Us. 75 Their purpose was to scare thee off the land, in order to expel thee; but in that case they would not have stayed (therein) after thee, except for a little while. 76 The tradition of the Noble Messengers We sent before you – and you will not find Our rules changing. 77
