Nay, by the Moon 32 And the night when it withdraweth 33 And the daybreak when it shines; 34 it is one of the greatest trials, 35 A warning unto humankind 36 alike to every one of you, who want to go forward or hang back. 37 Every soul is held in pledge for what it earns, 38 Save the fellows of the right. 39 In gardens, they shall ask each other 40 About the guilty: 41 "What has caused you to enter Hell?" 42 They will answer: “We were not among those who observed Prayer, 43 "Nor we used to feed Al-Miskin (the poor); 44 and we were wont to indulge in sinning together with all [the others] who indulged in it; 45 “And used to deny the Day of Justice.” 46 "Until there came to us (the Hour) that is certain." 47 Then the intercession of the intercessors shall not profit them. 48 Why now turn they away from the Admonishment, 49 As if they were affrighted asses, 50 Fleeing from a lion? 51 Rather each one of them desires that he should be given open Books. 52 Nay! But they fear not the Hereafter (from Allah's punishment). 53 but this is truly a reminder. 54 Let any who will, keep it in remembrance! 55 And they will not receive admonition unless Allah wills; He (Allah) is the One, deserving that mankind should be afraid of, and should be dutiful to Him, and should not take any Ilah (God) along with Him, and He is the One Who forgives (sins). 56
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
