Thorns (Al-Masad)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Key (Al-Faatehah) before The Rolling (Al-Takweer)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Perdition overtake both hands of Abu Lahab, and he will perish. 1 His property and worldly gains will be of no help to him. 2 He shall soon burn in fire that flames, 3 and his wife, the carrier of the firewood, 4 Upon her neck a halter of strongly twisted rope. 5

Almighty Allah's Truth.
