With power and skill did We construct the Firmament: for it is We Who create the vastness of pace. 47 And the earth, We have made it a wide extent; how well have We then spread (it) out. 48 And We created all things in pairs, so that you may ponder. 49 And so, [O Muhammad, say unto them:] "Flee unto God [from all that is false and evil]! Verily, I am a plain warner to you from Him! 50 And do not set up with Allah another god: surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 51 Thus there did not come to those before them an apostle but they said: A magician or a mad man. 52 What, have they bequeathed it one to another? Nay, but they are an insolent people. 53 So leave them, [O Muhammad], for you are not to be blamed. 54 Do, however, keep exhorting them; for exhortation benefits those endowed with faith. 55 And I (Allah) created not the jinns and humans except they should worship Me (Alone). 56 I seek not any provision from them, nor I desire that they should feed Me. 57 It is God Who is the Sustainer and the Lord of invincible strength. 58 The wrong-doers shall receive a portion of the chastisements as their fellows (of yore). So let them not rush Me. 59 And woe to those who have disbelieved from their Day which they are promised. 60
