Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
I swear by Ya Sin 1 By the Wise Koran, 2 verily, thou art indeed one of God's message-bearers, 3 On a path that is straight, -- 4 A revelation of the Mighty, the Merciful. 5 That thou mayst warn a folk whose fathers were not warned, so they are heedless. 6 Certainly the word has proved true of most of them, so they do not believe. 7 We have put yokes round their necks right up to their chins, so that their heads are forced up (and they cannot see). 8 And We have put before them a barrier and behind them a barrier and covered them, so they do not see. 9 Whether you warn them or not, they will not believe. 10 You can only warn him who follows the reminder and fears the Beneficent Allah in secret; so announce to him forgiveness and an honorable reward. 11 We shall surely raise the dead to life and We record what they did and the traces of their deeds that they have left behind. We have encompassed that in a Clear Book. 12
