It is God who has created ears, eyes, and hearts for you. Little are the thanks that you give. 78 And it is He Who has spread you in the earth, and towards Him you are to be raised. 79 It is He who gives life and causes death and it is He who alternates night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 Nay, but they said the like of what the ancients said. 81 They say, "When we die and become dust and bones, shall we then be raised up again? 82 We and our fathers were promised this before; it is nothing but ancient lore!" 83 (Muhammad), say to them, "Tell me, if you know, to whom does the earth and its contents belong?" 84 They will say, God's.' Say: 'Will you not then remember?' 85 Say thou: who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the mighty throne? 86 They will surely say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not, then, fear (Allah)?" 87 Say: "Who is it in whose hands is the governance of all things,- who protects (all), but is not protected (of any)? (say) if ye know." 88 They will say, "All this belongs to God." Say to them, "How are you then deluded?" 89 Nay, We have conveyed unto them the truth: and yet, behold, they are intent on lying [to themselves]! 90 Allah has not taken any son, nor has there ever been with Him any deity. [If there had been], then each deity would have taken what it created, and some of them would have sought to overcome others. Exalted is Allah above what they describe [concerning Him]. 91 Knower of the unseen and the visible; He is exalted above all that which they associate with Him. 92
