The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 Then those striking sparks of fire, 2 while running during a raid at dawn, 3 raising a trail of dust, 4 Arriving thereby in the center collectively, 5 The human being is certainly ungrateful to his Lord. 6 And is himself witness to it, 7 And most surely he is tenacious in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not that, when the contents of the graves are poured forth 9 and all that is [hidden] in men's hearts is bared 10 Indeed, their Lord with them, that Day, is [fully] Acquainted. 11
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
