And We have placed within the heaven great stars and have beautified it for the observers. 16 And We have protected it from every devil expelled [from the mercy of Allah] 17 Except him (devil) that gains hearing by stealing, he is pursued by a clear flaming fire. 18 And We spread out the earth, and placed mountains as anchors in it, and in it grew all things by a proper measure. 19 And We have provided therein means of living, for you and for those whom you provide not [moving (living) creatures, cattle, beasts, and other animals]. 20 There is nothing except that its treasuries are with Us and We do not send it down except in a known measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing (to fill heavily the clouds with water), then caused the water (rain) to descend from the sky, and We gave it to you to drink, and it is not you who are the owners of its stores [i.e. to give water to whom you like or to withhold it from whom you like]. 22 It is indeed We Who grant life and cause death and it is We who shall be the sole Inheritors of all. 23 And indeed We know those among you who came forward and indeed We know those among you who remained behind. 24 and it is thy Lord shall muster them, and He is All-wise, All-knowing. 25
