And [mention] when Moses said to his servant, "I will not cease [traveling] until I reach the junction of the two seas or continue for a long period." 60 But when they reached the junction between them, they forgot their fish, and it took its course into the sea, slipping away. 61 After they had passed the place, Moses said to his young companion, "Bring us our morning meal; we have indeed been fatigued by this journey." 62 He said, 'What thinkest thou? When we took refuge in the rock, then I forgot the fish-and it was Satan himself that made me forget it so that I should not remember it -- and so it took its way into the sea in a manner marvellous.' 63 Moses said, "That is just what we were looking for." So they went back the way they had come, 64 Then they found one of Our votaries, whom We had blessed and given knowledge from Us. 65 Moses said to him, "May I follow you, so that you may guide me by what you have been taught?" 66 He replied, "You will not be able to have patience with me. 67 How canst thou bear with that whereof thou canst not compass any knowledge? 68 [Moses] said, "You will find me, if Allah wills, patient, and I will not disobey you in [any] order." 69 Said [the sage]: "Well, then, if thou art to follow me, do not question me about aught [that I may do] until I myself give thee an account thereof." 70
