۞ If each soul that has done evil had all that is in the earth, it would offer it for its ransom. And secretly they will feel regret when they see the punishment, and the matter is justly decided between them, and they are not wronged. 54 All that is in the heavens and the earth certainly belongs to God and His promise is true, but many people do not know this. 55 He gives life and brings about death, and to Him you shall all return. 56 O mankind! There has come to you a good advice from your Lord (i.e. the Quran, ordering all that is good and forbidding all that is evil), and a healing for that (disease of ignorance, doubt, hypocrisy and differences, etc.) in your breasts, - a guidance and a mercy (explaining lawful and unlawful things, etc.) for the believers. 57 Say: In the grace of Allah and in His mercy-- in that they should rejoice; it is better than that which they gather. 58 Say, "Have you considered the provision God has sent down for you, and have you made some of it unlawful and some lawful?" Say, "Has God given you permission [to do this], or are you inventing falsehoods about God?" 59 And what will be the thought of those who forge lies against Allah on the day of resurrection? Most surely Allah is the Lord of grace towards men, but most of them do not give thanks. 60
