He who was a believer said: 'Follow me, my nation, so that I may guide you to the Right Path. 38 "O my people! Truly, this life of the world is nothing but a (quick passing) enjoyment, and verily, the Hereafter that is the home that will remain forever." 39 “Whoever commits an evil deed will not be repaid except to the same extent; and whoever does good deeds, whether a man or a woman, and is a Muslim, will be admitted into Paradise, in which they will receive sustenance without account.” 40 ۞ My people! How is it that I call you to salvation, while you call me to the Fire? 41 Ye call me for this, that I should blaspheme against God and associate with Him that whereof I have no knowledge, and I call you onto the Mighty, the Forgiver. 42 There is no doubt that those whom you call me to have no claim to be called upon in this world and in the Hereafter. Certainly to Allah shall be our return, and those who exceed the limits are destined to the Fire. 43 and at that time you will [have cause to] remember what I am telling you [now]. "But [as for me,] I commit myself unto God: for, verily, God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His servants." 44 So God guarded him against the evil things of their devising, and there encompassed the folk of Pharaoh the evil chastisement, 45 In front of the Fire will they be brought, morning and evening: And (the sentence will be) on the Day that Judgment will be established: "Cast ye the People of Pharaoh into the severest Penalty!" 46 Behold, they will dispute with each other in the Fire! The weak ones (who followed) will say to those who had been arrogant, "We but followed you: Can ye then take (on yourselves) from us some share of the Fire? 47 But those who were proud will reply: 'All of us are in it (Hell). Allah has judged between His worshipers' 48 And those who are in the fire shall say to the keepers of hell: Call upon your Lord that He may lighten to us one day of the punishment. 49 They will say: "Did there not come to you your messengers with Clear Signs?" They will say, "Yes". They will reply, "Then pray (as ye like)! But the prayer of those without Faith is nothing but (futile wandering) in (mazes of) error!" 50
