The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 The One Who created, and then made proper. 2 Who hath ordained laws. And granted guidance; 3 who brings forth green pasture, 4 Then maketh it to stubble dusky. 5 We shall make you to recite (the Quran), so you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) shall not forget (it), 6 Save that which Allah willeth. Lo! He knoweth the disclosed and that which still is hidden; 7 We shall ease thee unto the Easing. 8 So remind them if reminder is profitable: 9 The reminder will be received by him who fears (Allah), 10 And the most wicked will stay away from it. 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 Then therein he shall neither live nor die. 13 Indeed successful is the one who became pure. 14 And glorify the name of their Guardian-Lord, and (lift their hearts) in prayer. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Indeed, this is in the former scriptures, 18 the scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
