Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 And removed from thee thy burden 2 that weighed down your back? 3 And We have upraised for thee thy renown. 4 Indeed, hardship is followed by ease, 5 Indeed with hardship is ease. 6 So when thou art relieved, still toil 7 and let your longing be for your Lord (in humility). 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
