Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Seest thou one who denies the Judgment (to come)? 1 So it is he, who pushes away the orphan, 2 and who does not urge the feeding of the poor? 3 Woe to those who pray, 4 whose hearts from their prayer are remote 5 who show off (his good deeds) 6 But refuse (to supply) (even) neighbourly needs. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
