And man saith: when I am daed, Shall I be presently brought forth alive. 66 Does not man remember that We created him before this, and he was non existent? 67 By thy Lord, then, We shall surely gather them and the satans; thereafter We shall surely bring them round Hell, kneeling. 68 Thereafter, We shall surely draw aside, from each sect, whichever of them against the Compassionate were most in excess. 69 Then, verily, We know best those who are most worthy of being burnt therein. 70 and there is not one of you but shall pass through it: a decree from your Lord which must be fulfilled. 71 Then We will save those who feared Allah and leave the wrongdoers within it, on their knees. 72 When Our Clear Signs are rehearsed to them, the Unbelievers say to those who believe, "Which of the two sides is best in point of position? Which makes the best show in council?" 73 We have destroyed so many generations before them, who surpassed them in material power and splendour. 74 Say: "As for him who lives in error, may the Most Gracious lengthen the span of his life! [And let them say whatever they say until the time when they behold that [doom] of which they were forewarned - whether it be suffering [in this world] or [at the coming of] the Last Hour - for then they will understand which [of the two kinds of man] was worse in station and weaker in resources! 75 And God shall increase those who were guided in guidance; and the abiding things, the deeds of righteousness, are better with thy Lord in reward, and better in return 76 Hast thou observed him who disbelieveth in Our signs and saith: surely I shall be vouchsafed riches and children. 77 What, has he observed the Unseen, or taken a covenant with the All-merciful? 78 Never so. We shall certainly write down what he says, and prolong the extent of his punishment. 79 and We shall inherit all the resources and hosts of which he boasts, and he will come to Us all alone. 80 For [such as] these have taken to worshipping deities other than God, hoping that they would be a [source of] strength for them. 81 Nay, but they will deny their worship of them, and become opponents unto them. 82
