The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Glorify the name of thy Guardian-Lord Most High, 1 Who createth, then disposeth; 2 who determined and guided, 3 Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 And then doth make it (but) swarthy stubble. 5 We will make you recite, [O Muhammad], and you will not forget, 6 Unless God may please. He knows the visible and knows what is hidden. 7 And We shall make easy unto thee the easy way. 8 Therefore remind (men) in case the reminder profits (them). 9 Those who fear will understand. 10 but the wretched will turn away from it. 11 He who will be flung to the great Fire 12 then he shall neither die therein, nor live. 13 He who purifies himself, 14 And who remembereth the name of his Lord, and then prayeth. 15 Nay (behold), ye prefer the life of this world; 16 although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
