Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
YA SIN. 1 By oath of the wise Qur’an. 2 Most surely you are one of the apostles 3 On a straight path, 4 This is a revelation of the Mighty, the Merciful. 5 so that you may warn a people whose ancestors were not warned before wherefore they are heedless. 6 The sentence is surely justified against most of them, for they do not believe. 7 Surely We have put on their necks fetters up to the chin, so their heads are raised; 8 And We have made before them a barrier and a barrier behind them, then We have covered them over so that they do not see. 9 Whether you warn them or do not warn, it is all the same; they will not believe. 10 You can only warn him who follows the Reminder (the Quran), and fears the Most Beneficent (Allah) unseen. Bear you to such one the glad tidings of forgiveness, and a generous reward (i.e. Paradise). 11 Indeed, it is We who bring the dead to life and record what they have put forth and what they left behind, and all things We have enumerated in a clear register. 12
