Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
Are you more difficult to create or the heavens? He built it, 27 He raised its roof and made it proper. 28 And He made dark the night thereof, and He brought forth the morn thereof. 29 And the earth, moreover, hath He extended (to a wide expanse); 30 after that bringing forth from it its water and its pasture land, 31 And the mountains hath He firmly fixed;- 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 When the great over-whelming event arrives, 34 The Day when man shall remember what he strove for, 35 And hell will be made visible to all those who can see. 36 then he who transgressed 37 And preferred the life of this world (by following his evil desires and lusts), 38 Lo! hell will be his home. 39 And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires, 40 Their abode will be the Garden. 41 They will ask you [Prophet] about the Hour, saying, "When it will come to pass?", 42 what have you to do with the mentioning of it? 43 To your Lord belongs (the knowledge of) the term thereof? 44 you are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the Day when they behold it, [it will seem to them] as if they had tarried [in this world] no longer than one evening or [one night, ending with] its morn! 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
