Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ Have We not opened your breast for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him))? 1 and lifted from thee the burden 2 Which had left you devoid of hope, 3 And exalted thy fame? 4 After every difficulty there is relief. 5 Lo! with hardship goeth ease; 6 So when thou art empty, labour, 7 And turn to your Lord with all your love. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
