The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
The Clatterer (the Day of Judgement)! 1 What is the Clatterer. 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 [It is] a Day when mankind shall be like scattered moths 4 And the mountains shall be as loosened wool. 5 And then, he whose weight [of good deeds] is heavy in the balance 6 He is therefore in the desired bliss. 7 But he whose deeds are lighter in the balance 8 He will have his home in Hawiyah (pit, i.e. Hell). 9 And what can make you know what that is? 10 It is the scorching fire. 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
