The tree of Zaqqum 43 is food for the sinner. 44 like the dregs of oil, it shall boil in their bellies, 45 like boiling water. 46 Lay hold of him, and drag him unto the midst of the Flaming Fire. 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of boiling water, 48 Taste this; you who considered yourself the mighty, the honourable! 49 "Truly this is what ye used to doubt!" 50 Indeed the pious are in a place of peace. 51 amidst gardens and springs. 52 dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, and they will face each other: 53 Thus (shall it be), and We will wed them with Houris pure, beautiful ones. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in peace and security; 55 They taste not death therein, save the first death. And He hath saved them from the doom of hell, 56 as a favour from your Lord. That is the great triumph. 57 And We have made (this Scripture) easy in thy language only that they may heed. 58 Wait, then; they too are waiting. 59
