We have placed constellations in heaven and have beautified it for beholders, 16 and guarded them from every stoned satan. 17 Except the ones who listen on the sly, yet they are chased away by a shooting flame. 18 And the earth We spread out, and placed therein firm mountains, and caused to grow therein all kinds of things in due proportion. 19 to provide you and those for whose sustenance you are not responsible, with the necessities of life. 20 And there is not a thing but its (sources and) treasures (inexhaustible) are with Us; but We only send down thereof in due and ascertainable measures. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then send down water from the cloud so We give it to you to drink of, nor is it you who store it up. 22 And certainly We! We it is Who give life, and cause death, and We are the Inheritors. 23 And assuredly We know those of you who have gone before and those who will come hereafter. 24 and it is your Lord who will gather them. He is Wise, Knowing. 25
