He Frowned ('Abasa)
42 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ He frowned and turned away 1 Because there came to him the blind man, [interrupting]. 2 But what could tell you that per chance he might become pure (from sins)? 3 Or that he might receive admonition, and that the admonition might profit him? 4 As for him who is not in want of any thing, 5 to him didst thou give thy whole attention, 6 And no blame is on you if he would not purify himself 7 And he who comes to thee eagerly 8 And he fears, 9 So you leave him, and are engrossed elsewhere! 10 Assuredly this is a reminder 11 so let those who want to follow its guidance do so. 12 upon pages high-honoured, 13 most exalted and purified, 14 [Carried] by the hands of messenger-angels, 15 noble and virtuous scribes. 16 [But only too often] man destroys himself: how stubbornly does he deny the truth! 17 [Does man ever consider] out of what substance [God] creates him? 18 Out of a drop of sperm He creates him, and thereupon determines his nature, 19 Then He makes the Path easy for him; 20 He will then send him to death and have him laid in the grave. 21 Then He will raise him up again when He please. 22 Not one he has not yet completed what he was commanded. 23 Let man reflect on the food he eats. 24 How We poured down water in torrents, 25 and then We cleave the earth [with new growth,] cleaving it asunder, 26 We make the grain grow out of it, 27 and grape vines and vegetables, 28 and olives and palms, 29 And gardens, dense with many trees, 30 And fruits and fodder,- 31 for you and for your animals to enjoy. 32 Then, when there comes As-Sakhkhah (the Day of Resurrection's second blowing of Trumpet), 33 The day on which a man shall fly from his brother, 34 And his mother and his father 35 And his wife and his children, 36 every man that day shall have business to suffice him. 37 Some faces on that day shall shine 38 laughing and joyful, 39 And other faces, that Day, will be dust-stained; 40 and covered by darkness. 41 These will be the faces of the sinful disbelievers. 42
God the Almighty always says the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
