Blessed be He who has set in heaven constellations, and has set among them a lamp, and an illuminating moon. 61 And it is He Who created the alternation of the night and day for one who wishes to remember or intends to give thanks. 62 (Among) the servants of the Beneficent God are those who walk gently on the earth and when addressed by the ignorant ones, their only response is, "Peace be with you." 63 who pass the night prostrate to their Lord and standing; 64 And those who say, "Our Lord, avert from us the punishment of Hell. Indeed, its punishment is ever adhering; 65 Verily ill it is as an abode and as a station. 66 who, when they spend, are neither extravagant nor miserly but keep the golden mean between the two (extremes): 67 who do not call upon another god with Allah, nor slay the soul which Allah has forbidden except by right; who do not fornicate, for he who does this shall face punishment 68 he shall have his suffering doubled on the Day of Resurrection and he will abide forever in disgrace, 69 except for those who repent and believe and do good deeds. God will change the evil deeds of such people into good ones: He is most forgiving and most merciful. 70 And whosoever repenteth and doeth good, he verily repenteth toward Allah with true repentance - 71 And they who do not bear witness to what is false, and when they pass by what is vain, they pass by nobly. 72 And those who, when they are reminded of the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of their Lord, fall not deaf and blind thereat. 73 And they who say: O our Lord! grant us in our wives and our offspring the joy of our eyes, and make us guides to those who guard (against evil). 74 They will be awarded the high place forasmuch as they were steadfast, and they will meet therein with welcome and the ward of peace, 75 Abiding therein; goodly the abode and the resting-place. 76 Say (to the Rejecters): "My Lord is not uneasy because of you if ye call not on Him: But ye have indeed rejected (Him), and soon will come the inevitable (punishment)!" 77
