The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the Glorious Morning Light, 1 And by the night when it is stillest, 2 Your Lord has not taken leave of you, [O Muhammad], nor has He detested [you]. 3 And verily the latter portion will be better for thee than the former, 4 And your Lord is going to give you, and you will be satisfied. 5 Did He not find you an orphan and then gave you shelter? 6 Did He not find you wandering, and give you guidance? 7 And did He not find you in need and make you rich? 8 So do not oppress the orphan, 9 And as for him who asks, do not chide (him), 10 And as for the favor of your Lord, do announce (it). 11
Almighty God's Truth.
End of Surah: The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa). Sent down in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
